PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION POLICIES

(a) You agree to comply with all applicable payment laws, including tax obligations;(b) All transactions must be made using methods that are acceptable to us;

PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

You acknowledge and agree:(a) That we may collect information from you when you register or use our Services for the purposes of verifying your identity, age and other details as required by law;(b) We will comply with applicable data protection legislation in the handling and processing of personal data.

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND DOWN TIME

From time to time, we may need to close our Systems temporarily for maintenance or upgrading procedures.

Great canadian Casino'S LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

(a) In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our Services;(b) You agree that your sole remedy for a dispute related to our Services will be limited to termination of this Agreement.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may change these Terms from time to time without prior notice.(a) When we make changes, they become effective immediately upon publication on the Website or through any other means provided by us;(b) Your continued use of our Services following such posting shall be deemed your acceptance and consent thereto.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in accordance with Ontario law.(a) The parties agree to submit disputes for resolution exclusively through mediation, in the first instance;(b) Any costs incurred by you during this process must be borne solely by you.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario without giving effect to any conflict or choice of law principles that might otherwise apply.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Services, and supersede all prior communications between you and Great canadian Casino.
